1. No Returns or Exchanges
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any products once the order is confirmed and dispatched.
2. Why Returns/Exchanges Are Not Accepted
- Our products include cosmetics, skincare, bath-body, and personal care items. For hygiene and safety reasons, once a product leaves our warehouse, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
- We cannot guarantee the sanitary integrity of used or opened products, hence no returns will be entertained.
3. Defective or Damaged Items
- If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect (wrong item shipped), please contact our customer support team immediately (within 24 hours of delivery).
- Provide your order number, a brief description, and photographic evidence of the defect or damage.
- Upon verification, we will offer either a replacement (if available) or a refund.
4. What Does Not Qualify for Return/Refund
- Products that are opened, used, or whose packaging (seal, label, tags) is tampered or missing.
- Change of mind, wrong shade/color choice, or buyer’s remorse.
- Items damaged due to customer misuse, improper storage, or normal wear and tear.
5. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled only before dispatch. Once the product has been shipped, cancellation or returns are not permitted.
6. Customer Responsibility
- Always check the product carefully upon delivery for any damage or discrepancy and report immediately.
- Save the original packaging, invoice, and delivery tracking information until you are certain you are satisfied with the product.
